On April 24 a building collapsed near Dhaka in Bangladesh killing more than 400 people, injuring over a thousand of whom more than 300 have lost a leg. Around 300 are missing, presumed dead. Center for Crisis Psychology have been active in Bangladesh under the auspices of the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center sponsored by the Norwegian Foreign Ministry, training paraprofessionals and professionals from BRAC in helping with psychosocial aspects following diasters.
